New Limestone Review
As Managing Editor, most of my work was customer-facing; I mainly communicated via email and private message with contributors, readers, staff, and university faculty. However, I was also tasked with the occasional social media post, MailChimp mass communication, or event planning strategy. New Limestone Review is a growing journal with a rotating editorial staff, so there was lots of room to develop the brand’s voice. We landed on something reflective of the staff’s unique position as Kentuckians and graduate students: a little wacky, deeply sincere, and all the way authoritative.
